One Spot
Onespot is an intranet created in the summer of 2008 for Team One Advertising, a division of Saatchi and Saatchi. The goal of this intranet, as the name says, is to have everything an employee of Team One may need in One Spot. This intranet includes a calendar that is updated daily to let people know what is going on, a chat feature, a profile that will help employees get to know their co-workers, a place to view the work that comes out of the company, and "tools" +"assets" to help employees get their questions answered. The design is very playful to help create a relaxing environment, and the intranet never changes browser pages to help with organization. This design is used as an inspiration for the rebranding of the agency that is currently happening.
