The guiding strategy to the Brownsville housing project is to intiate and instrumentalize
the nascent potential of contentious elements in both public and private housing.
This is achieved through a rigorous study of constituent migratory periodicity
at the urban and domestic scale. Capitalizing on deficiencies, intense overlaps
and redudancies. This result of this activation will promote a site that is
more elastic capable of tapping into latent nodes at multiple scale.
