Description

In this exercise, I explored the concept of micro and macro in parameterized form.

Each "micro" chair generated from the same parameterized template. By rendering all the combinations of parameters, we can glance over the possible space of the "macro" chair.

Here, macro means the whole space, which represents the possibile forms defined by the parameterization. Micro means one point in the space, which represents a certain chair.

Oulipo probably would be one of the eariest attempt to explore this concept of possible space in literary experience. A Hundred Thousand Billion Poems by Raymond Queneau is one master piece that exploits the notion of a macro space that permutation of words creates.
