Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut them in the length and place unpeeled half potatoes on a cooking sheet. Sprinkle with Himalania Pink Salt, thyme, and olive oil. Cook for about 30 minutes, until potatoes are soft inside.
Heat ¼ cup oil in a frying pan. Add shrimps and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle with Himalania Pink Salt, pepper, crushed garlic and 1 tsp brown sugar. Cook for 2-3 minutes and serve immediately.
