Hadid’s
works are inspired by the avant-garde Russian architecture of the nineteen-twenties,
Malevitch Leonidov, Wesnin, and El Lissitzky. She was most inspired by
Suprematitism and Constructivism. Her architecture is said to be explosive,
in her work she creates scenarios capturing dramatic scenes of space.
Instead of grotesque and distorted building elements she puts importance
in open space and voids between fragments. She respects the elimination
of boundaries and dynamics of space in her works. |
