My project will be based on the Westwood area, the user needs to go to different locations to interact
with virtual people in order to find out why a virtual person has gone missing and where did he go.
It based heavily on the actual geolocation and the virtual people all have some visual or thematic
relationship with the real world locations (so the user can find them first). Those virtual people would
also be in different locations or behave differently based on the real world time.
It would not provide a clear map for the users to follow, but with more vague words and visual such as “I saw him
went towards the sun.” Therefore it encourages users to explore more openly with the real world
locations and sometimes may stumble upon a clue by chance. Some virtual people would also appear only at
certain time. For example, a virtual shop owner would leave after the business hours and will
probably appear at a bus station for a period of time. It established another connection with a sense of
virtual sincerity.
