Freedom is defined by the free access to the information and communication. As we live in the modern soceity, information and communication freedom are our inborn rights. However, for countries under totalitarian regime, those freedom becomes luxury. Cuban's Internet restriction shows me how different human lives can be without information flow to the outside world. The blockage of information entails barriers of technology and economy. The glacial loading speed of Cuba's hotspot reflects its societal growth in a metaphorical sense. While it is sympathetic to see how difficult Cubans' lives are, it is evident to realize that a country's policies determine every aspect of its citizens.
