"UGLY"
This image which I consider it is ugly, was ironically found on “design tip” Instagram where many aestethicgally pleasing design art works are posted up daily. I think this image really conveys how Nick Douglas would classify “internet ugly” images in a sense that this image was “supposed to look like shit” when it was created. Just like many memes mentioned in the article, there are so many ugly elements in this image, that it almost feels uncomfortable to look at. Just the thought of that someone actually spent time to create this fake image with amateur skill (whether intended or not), classifies this image as ugly to me.
"BEAUTIFUL"
This image which was also actually brought from the “design tip” Instagram, is considered beautiful to me. I consider it beautiful simply because it is so aesthetically pleasing, and just by looking at this image, I can imagine all the hard works that was put into it which I think the effort of this artist is beautiful. Although the “fakeness” (editing of image with loads of applications to create something else out of it) of this image can be considered as ugly to some audience, I still consider it to be beautiful.
