Big Top, 2008

Personal space is a living thing, responding to the interplay between attractions and fears.
Wound with rope like a child’s toy and propelled by 300 pounds of concrete dropped 12 feet, this human-size top wobbles through themes of attraction, vulnerability, youth and decay.

I’m taller than most of the people I know, 2007

We celebrate diversity, and differences are sources of richness in our relationships. At the same time they are the roots of division and power, invisibly shaping the micropolitics of our every interaction.

Machine for Dropping Feathers, 2007
