How to use the Chooser to Enable the Epson Printer:

Use the Mac to the left of the big color printer.
            
Click on the apple icon in the upper left corner of the monitor
             Select Chooser
             Highlight the Epson Stylus(EX) Icon for a color print.
             Select the printer port





How to print a color document to the Epson printer:
Make black and white printouts before attempting color. Use the black and white print to adjust the brightness and contrast of your monitor, this will calibrate the monitor to match the color printer.

While in a program such as Quark, choose File->Print
          Click the Options button
                    Slide the bar over to quality
                    When you select quality you should use coated paper.
                    Read the setup instructions on the printer for paper placement.
