Blink Database Aesthetics. Spring 2004. Blink is a slideshow of pictures of random objects taken from a distance of aprox. 15 inches in my apartment in Venice. Blink goes through the pictures in a random order, "blinking" from one picture to the next. The close distance of the objects prevents the viewer to get a bigger picture of the appartment, suggesting a domestic environment without ever showing it. requirements: - flash plugin - high-speed internet connection (DSL) >> start Blink. |
